This position needs a reliable energetic organized selfstarter.
The work varies from light housekeeping to simple but important assistance in my business.
You are in my home and will be provided with a meal.
I must be able to trust you and trust you to treat my home and family with respect.
There will be a background check.
We are kind generous employers and you will be treated very well but I must be able to rely on you and your ability to use good judgment in all things.
The hours and days are flexible but we must have clear agreement on when you are available and will be working.
My primary method of communication when you are not in my home will be text and quick responses during reasonable workings hours are expected.
The flow rhythm of your working day will be determined by you.
I have various tasks with various deadlines but you have a great deal of autonomy on how you proceed with those.
I need a partner that can anticipate how to keep my home and business running smoothly and then jump in to do those things in a methodical way.
Organization of all parts of my home and home office.
This can include wiping down counters changing light bulbs restocking coffee laundry breaking down boxes and more.
Good character commitment to the role are paramount.
From there enjoying organization and looking for ways to streamline things are also important.
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
There is a matching K after one year of employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
