We operate from a acre ranch in Park City Utah and need a general maintenance technician aka handyperson responsible for general building maintenance and repair snow removal and limited automotive repairs.

Maintain repair and improve all facility structures including plumbing electrical HVAC carpentrydrywall landscaping and limited janitorial tasks Ensure facility related equipment is operating efficiently and effectively Coordinate lodge maintenance repairs with Lodge Manager and Program staff Assist the Facilities Manager to create update and balance multiple project budgets and schedules Assist the Facilities Manager in selecting contractors vendors.
Oversee the projects and manage contracts scheduling and budgets Ensure projects meet all relevant regulations and standards Work with the facilities team to remove snow plow shovel etc.
as necessary for staff and guest winter access throughout the campus Support Equestrian staff as needed.
Mending fences maintaining tools etc.
Work directly with the Volunteer Coordinator and volunteers on maintenance projects from scheduling to completion Willingness to travel to National Ability Center satellite offices to perform needed maintenance Comply with National Ability Center safety and health policies and procedures Positively promote the National Ability Center within the community Prior construction or building systems experience Proficiently and safely demonstrate use of hand tools power tools and equipment.
Ability to trouble shoot a variety of equipment and systems related issues Ability to use step extension ladders Be accountable for tool serviceability and organization Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage projects through completion Ability to identify routine maintenance needs and organize a schedule for consistent performance of these tasks Selfdirected individual adept at working with peers from a variety of disciplines within and outside the organization Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to lift to lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
