Job description Audio Visual Technician Job Overview The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for the setup and operation from small to large scale audio visual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
This position reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties Equipment Operation Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup operation and breakdown of basic audio visual equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
Ensures equipment is secure from theft andor damage when in use.
Customer Service Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
Meets with guests onsite to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment setup is working properly.
Systems Knowledge Understands company processes follows procedures and completes systems entry and paperwork accurately.
Uses the equipment sheets rental contracts to determine the equipment scheduled for setup and for strike.
Equipment Maintenance Participates in properly securing storage transportation and maintenance of equipment.
Participates in physical inventory count processes as requested.
Qualifications Valid Drivers License Year Customer Service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Year audio visual experience or equivalent in educational environment is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
