Leasing Consultant
We are looking for a high energy individual to be the face of the property and provide great customer service while assisting the property manager in aspects on the property for the Leasing Consultant position Daytoday functions including marketing leasing application processing resident relations and adhering to the EMG Employee Manual.
The objective is to balance the needs of the Property with those of the residents and to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
The leasing agent positions does not require previous experience but experience in industries such as customer service or hospitality.
On site apartment based on availability.
Employee must qualify per community screening criteria.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
