Escrow Assistant/Escrow Officer Wanted
Full time Escrow Officer Assistant wanted.
Must have a current Escrow License with the Utah Department of Insurance.
This position will have an assistant component helping the existing team with preparation of settlement statements preparing closing documents clearing title working with our inhouse title department to record documents etc.
Preparation of settlement statements preparing closing documents clearing title working with our inhouse title department to record documents answer phone calls.
Must be able to work well with realtors and loan officers with good attitude and customer service.
Complete settlement statements by obtaining fee information from various utilities and HOAs.
Strong Organization skills.
Good attention to detail and customer service necessary.
Answer phone calls.
Background check required.
Escrow Officer License with Utah Department of Insurance Benefits Health Insurance Simplified Employee Pension Plan SEP IRA available after three years.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
