Responsibilities:
Strategy and Implementation:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive qualified traffic.
Conduct general market research to ensure an understanding of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
Web Design and User
Experience:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website design aligns with marketing objectives and user experience best practices.
Oversee the creation and optimization of website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, SEO metrics, and marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and IT, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Industry Expertise:
Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Attend conferences, webinars, and networking events to stay connected with the marketing and SEO community.
Requirements:
Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director focusing on SEO, PPC efficiency, and web design.
Experience in the construction industry (preferred) with proven results driving strategic, qualified lead generation.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and web design principles.
Proficient in web analytics tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics) and experience with content management systems (e.
g.
, WordPress).
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that have increased organic traffic and improved search rankings.
