We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join the Saltz team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Provide accurate information to callers or visitors regarding office services, hours, and policies - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for growth within our organization.
