Hotel Park City, member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is currently seeking a detailed & customer service driven Front Office Supervisor.
Assists in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the guest service team members; Front Desk Attendants, Drivers, Bell Attendants & Night Auditors, to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction.
Ensures the arrival, departure, and all other guest service interactions are conducted in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
Interacts positively with customers and fellow associates, taking needed action to resolve problems that may arise, maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
Helps to reduce and resolve guest service complaints by anticipating potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow, and associate performance.
Tracks guest satisfaction surveys and maximizes usage of the guest response tracking system.
Performs any other job related duties as assigned by Management.
We are looking for candidates with previous Front Office supervisory experience & knowledge of hotel operations.
Basic knowledge of computer systems is required with a preference toward Opera PMS and various Marriott related platforms.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
