As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our valued practice members.
In this position, you will be responsible for skillfully collecting and preparing blood samples for laboratory testing, accurately documenting sensitive patient information, and driving to different locations in the Park City and Salt Lake area to meet the needs of our members and medical team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in challenging blood draws, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job.
This position offers a competitive salary, starting at $25/hr.
ResponsibilitiesTravel to collect blood samples and perform testsFollow established protocols and safety measures to perform venipuncture and capillary puncture proceduresEnsure proper identification and labeling of collected samplesMaintain knowledge of different blood collection techniques and equipmentHandle and transport specimens in accordance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with contracted lab facilities to ensure accurate specimen collection and documentationMaintain a clean and organized work environmentTransport and maintain health equipment Communicate with our members, team, and associated businesses with a high level of professionalismRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's license and reliable vehicleProven experience as a Phlebotomist or related roleExcellent understanding of phlebotomy procedures and best practicesGreat time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow instructions accuratelyExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefitsA competitive salarySupportive teamPositive work environmentAbout the Company:
