Marketing/PR
-Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns (email blasts, local ads, flyers, Groupon or other deals, cross marketing with other local businesses)
-Look for creative/strategic opportunities to expand MLG's reach and customer base
-Regularly update and customize materials for various audiences (i.e. customized corporate catering menus, Spa packages, hotel offerings, etc.)
-Develop initial designs for marketing materials, website, signs, ads, posters, menu, etc.
-Work with local and trade reporters to secure media coverage (print, online, TV) and feature articles
-Maintain event calendar, vet possible events and serve as primary contact for event organizers
-Lead branding and publicity around new store opening
Business Development
-Identify and develop partnerships with:
-Yoga/Pilates studios
-Gyms & other fitness centers
-Alternative medicine practices (acupuncture, chiropractors, etc.)
-Spas
-Hotels
-Corporations
-Develop/customize new business presentations for meetings with above partners
-Develop/maintain updated investor presentation
Supply Chain/ Operations
-Develop and manage all vendor relationships (US Foods, Whole Foods, local farmers)
-Develop systems for tracking and forecasting inventory needs
-Oversee weekly purchasing
-Source and design needed materials (bottles, labels, flyers/cards, signs, other products as needed)
-Work with architects and builders as needed on new store development
-Work events including farmers markets, conferences, community events and sampling
-Set up/breakdown of tent/tables
-Maintain list of needed items and ensure all
-Occasionally manage juice production and delivery when needed
-Communicate with customers regarding orders, questions, comments, etc.
-Oversee hourly staff as needed
Finance
-Maintain daily financial records - track expenses, revenues, margins, etc.
-Work with accounting firm to maintain official records
-Customer Invoicing
-Provide financial perspective on business decisions (setting/changing prices, choosing vendors, running promotions, etc.)
You must be a problem solver, independent, flexible, and motivated. You need exceptional time-management skills and a strong work ethic. You need to want to be in a start up environment and all that comes with it.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
