Reservations Agent
All Seasons Resort Lodging is seeking a sales-minded Reservation Agent who possesses the skills to sell reservations via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and online web chats in a positive professional sales environment. This agent should be courteous, self-motivated and detail oriented. Knowledge of Springer Miller Systems (SMS) and the Utah Ski Industry is always a plus. Sales incentives will compliment wages earned.
Starting wage at $10.00 hourly plus commissions
Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
Schedules will include morning, evening and weekend shifts, but will be on a set schedule.
Duties include:
Answering inbound sales calls promptly and courteously.
Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast past environment
Able to work flexible days and hours
Takes reservations completely and accurately
Processes all reservations requested via paperwork such as Third Party Internet bookings, FIT/Wholesale reservations, Management requested reservations, etc
A minimum of one year experience in hotel and/or resort environments with an emphasis in customer services preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Inputs complete preference profiles on all guests confirming reservations.
Answers phones promptly, politely and in accordance with All Seasons Resort Lodging service goals.
Utilizes interpersonal skills to sell the hotel and then an overall experience to the caller by focusing on their unique set of requests/needs and incorporating All Seasons Resort Lodging Reservations Department standards.
Takes reservations completely and accurately.
Processes all reservations requested via paperwork such as Third Party Internet bookings, FIT/Wholesale reservations, Management requested reservations, etc.
Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
Remains current with hotel information and changes
High School or equivalent education required.
Must be able to type 35 wpm
