RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Seeking an experienced General Manager for an independent full service restaurant offering quality casual fare. We are an established business with a seasoned staff producing annual sales of seven figures. Must exhibit a positive leadership attitude and service orientation, be detail oriented, and have a proven history of successful profits and cost controls. FOH management experience a must and BOH management experience preferred. You will be responsible for both
Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling,training, banking, capital budget and repairs, menu development,advertising, food orders,inventories, weekly commodity pricing, negotiating semiannual food contracts, and hosting. This is a five day per week position with two weekdays off.
