Front Desk Agent
All Seasons Resort Lodging is looking for energetic and eager applicants for our full time front desk host position at various properties in Park City. We are looking to fill this position as promptly as possible as it is a full time position.
Host responsibilities include:
- Prepare for and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to emails and phone calls to the property and assist guests with all requests
- Communicate to housekeeping and maintenance any guest concerns or issues, along with follow-up
- Assist the General and Guestcare Managers with assigned tasks and desk projects
- Maintain a clean and professional desk area conducive to a hotel environment
- Must be able to work weekends.
A background in customer service and/or hospitality is preferred.
All applicants must be able to legally work in the United States. ASRL does utilize a mandatory background check in the final stages of the job interview.
