Job Title: OPC In House
Overview:
Promotes Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books room nights, sells attraction tickets and provides concierge services in the contracted locations.
Responsibilities: Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Presents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotions to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis.
Arrange and book tours for guests/non-owners.

Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely, be able to communicate well with others, enjoy working with tourists, be able to take direction well, possess strong auditing skills, and possess good management skills.
Education And/Or
Experience:
A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other team members of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
