Office Administrator

Growing company in need of an office administrator. I am looking for a highly organized and detail oriented individual who is a fast pace learner and great at multi tasking. Daily tasks include but are not limited to taking and processing orders, working with and managing customers, invoicing customers, processing payments, business development, social media, working with foreign suppliers, and a host of other tasks that will challenge you creatively, organizationally, and mentally.
Strong organizational skills. Proficient on Microsoft Office and/or Mac programs. Quickbooks experience is not necessary, but will help with basic accounting tasks. Great interpersonal communication and social skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
