IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support

We are a modular general contractor located in Park City, Utah. We are seeking a hard-working and dynamic IT professional to join our team.
Position Description:
The position is the primary contact for help desk inquiries by employees and will need to provide various types of IT support to employees in our local office and approximately 15 remote locations. Benefits package offered.
Duties:
Provides support to users via phone, email, and on-site.
Builds, reconfigures, maintains, and repairs Windows/Apple systems (desktops, laptops, and mobile) for employee use.
Tracks software, hardware, and licenses.
Provides training and user assistance on software and hardware usage as needed.
Ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:
Exceptional communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and special projects at a rapid pace.
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow through.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook in an Exchange environment.
Experience supporting mobile devices, including iPhone.
1-3 years in IT support role
Highly Desired:
Experience with Windows server/network administration, including planning of upgrades, backup/disaster planning, and monitoring overall performance.
Experience working with vendor support to deal with software and hardware issues.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
