General Construction Carpenter
We are a General Contractor looking for a hard working skilled carpenter to perform a variety of duties at locations that may change daily on our jobsites in the Park City area. Carpenter must have at least 5 years of experience. Must have the ability to design, build, install, and repair structural woodwork, flooring, ceilings and cabinetry; operate, maintain, and calibrate hand and power carpentry tools; read and comprehend plans and blueprints; recognize and select appropriate lumber types and grades; make rough sketches; estimate cost, time and materials of carpentry projects; perform heavy physical labor, train and direct the work of other classified staff in the area; follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population.
You need to be prepared to work many different conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc).
We require you to have your own reliable transpiration.
You must be reliable and always on time.
You must be able to lift at least 80 pounds and have no physical or mental limitations.
You must be able to read and write.
You must provide legal verification to work in the United States.
You must be drug free

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
