Inspects and supplies guests rooms and or villas by performing the following duties.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Inspects all assigned units, replenish supplies and linens. Ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies issued.
Inspect and documents rooms daily, inventory control of all units before and after check out. Said reports are given to the Supervisors daily.
Inspects units cleaned by contractors and staff. Ensure all inventories are in and guest room is cleaned properly before turning into Rooms Coordinators.
Communicate with Resort Services and Housekeeping Supervisors to request needed supplies.
Properly use, secure and return the key on a daily basis
Immediately report all lost and found items to Security.
Checks inventory in rooms such as linen, remote controls, flowers, dishware, paper products, cleaning supplies and electric appliances.
Reports any missing inventory.
Checks cleanliness of the rooms.(Using proper checklist).
Reports any maintenance request to the Engineering Department.
Reports to supervisor or managers any unsatisfactory work done in rooms.
Helps clean rooms when necessary.

Must be flexible on scheduling which will vary from 5-8 hour shifts to 4-10 hour shifts. Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Education And/Or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years verifiable supervisory experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients and other team members of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be able to resolve conflicts and delegate responsibility.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
