# Club Attendant-Common Area Cleaner FT
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in Housekeeping. To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:
Bi-lingual preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self motivated.
Proactive problem resolution.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be physically fit.
Must have a High School Diploma
Must have a valid Utah driver''s license.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proactive guest, member and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy.
Adhere to cleaning policies of department standards and ensure professional and accurate delivery of services are consistently performed.
Turn in all lost and found items, properly tagged, to housekeeping office within an appropriate timeframe of scheduled shift.
Maintain a clean, uncluttered and well-supplied workspace and adherence to dress standards.
Ensure when leaving townhomes, all doors and windows are closed and locked, thermostats are set appropriate to the season and fire place flues are closed,
All key to be checked in and out on a daily basis.
Participate in 30 minute one-on-one coaching with supervisor each month.
Ensure safety procedures, in accordance with safety training guidelines, are followed.
Respond to guest needs in an appropriate, professional and courteous manner.
Report any items requiring replacement and/or repair, or any damage to supply manager or office staff.
Maintain and stock housekeeping supply room and area linen closets.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping office, break room, restrooms, offices, Club Room and public areas of The Club.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
