Summary:
Your role as Team Trainer is to support all of our core values, and in particular our core values of caring for team member happiness and excellence and delighting our customers.
The Team Trainer in each department works with the training team, Store Team Leadership, Green Mission Reps and TMs to ensure that the store is meeting and exceeding regional's training goals. This includes developing programs and systems, tracking success and reporting to the Metro/Store Trainer as required; participating in bi-monthly meetings and energizing team members to be educators in their departments and in the store.
DUTIES:
Mentor all new and existing Team Members
Maintain and uphold all Regional training standards
Deliver Equipment/Safety training for new and existing Team Members
Ensure team awareness in upholding all food safety and sanitation standards
Provide ongoing resources and learning opportunities for regular Team Members.
Implement team-specific training
Provide feedback and participate in weeks 3 and/or 4 weekly reviews with Team leadership
Responsible for disseminating and sharing communication in the Department.
Responsible for developing and contributing to team and store specific communications.
Partner with/receive direction from Store Trainer
Train New Members on team specific duties
Train Legendary Customer Service that is team specific.
Deliver back of house and Workspace Tour
Educate WFM culture: Empowerment, Dress Code, Core Values, and Quality Standards
Educate on Good Organics / Green Mission / Food Safety / Sanitation
Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations including safety, Weights and Measures and local food and sanitation laws.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
