PURPOSE OF POSITION : Providing high quality, prompt, friendly and efficient beverage service. Employee work efforts should reflect Deer Valley's image through courteous and helpful teamwork attitude. Employees should be well informed about the Resort in order to provide accurate information to our guests.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum two years experience in high quality restaurant service with an emphasis on proper wine and food service
Standing for long periods of time
Lifting and carrying 25-50 pounds
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Administer all service required according to operational procedures
Be familiar with food and drink menus to answer questions concerning preparation, portion size and ingredients
Check duty/sidework lists for assigned duties and complete tasks in timely manner.
Administer exceptional service according to operational procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
