PURPOSE OF POSITION : Provide bar service for Royal Street Cafe.
### SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous bartending experience
Knowledge of Utah State Liquor Laws
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate liquor inventory control over all alcohol products
Serve liquor drinks, wine and beer only when tickets are sent to bar. Called drinks from front are to be written down on dry erase board and erased when rang up
Place order to inventory for all wines, liquor and beer. (have proper inventory #'s for storeroom) Remember always place your order at the end of your shift
Verify all orders are correct. Check to see that proper Vintages have arrived, proper vineyard and bottle prices are correct
Notify manager and servers of all 86 items, vintage changes and shortages. List items on dry erase
Order all necessary sugars, bottled water, coffee, doily, straws, napkins, milk, cola, juices, lemons, limes, olives, onions and other products needed for service. Always check with servers for items they may need ordered.
Stock bar with appropriate glassware (cups, rocks, wine 3 types, beer, port, champagne and water.) Bartender is expected to help buff their glassware
Ice bin filled
Prepare iced tea, decaf and regular coffee for service
Fill empty water pitchers when brought back
Assist with cappuccino and latte orders as time permits. (alcohol drinks take precedence)
Service bar is to be thoroughly cleaned, wiping down all stainless and moving equipment
All wines liquor to be stored away
Order sheets for next day to be filled out
Check out with manager
