The All Resort Group is a fast paced transportation company looking for a Director of Finance, who will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, capital equipment planning and completing financial reports.
The Director of Finance will be expected to exhibit the highest professional standards and attention to detail. This position will report directly to the CFO, while working closely with the Corporate Controller. We are looking for a team player that is an effective leader, and can expand responsibilities as the Company grows.
Responsibilities:
? Guide the financial team through the monthly accounting close and annual total financial review.
? Prepare and manage the budgeting process.
? Analyze and prepare specified analytical reports to be reviewed with the executive management team.
? Maintain banking relationships and oversee equipment financing.
? Oversee cash management, a/r, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field.
? CPA or CMA, preferred
? Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 3 years of managerial experience.
? Knowledge of GAAP.
? Experience with Great Plains a plus.
Salary: Depending on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
