Dispatcher
Job Description
This is a 40 hours 4 days a week - We are currently looking to fill all shifts including nights and weekends.
We are a medium size towing company that operates 24/7/365 and employs approximately 20 people.
Responsibilities
Take incoming calls for towing services, police accidents and impounds.
Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers and calls efficiently.
Take inbound calls for impound release questions that relate to specifically to the laws related to towing and impoundment.
Perform releases and cashier duties for impounded vehicles.
Clerical duties.
Be able to multi-task.
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized.
Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.
Able to work under pressure and as a TEAM!
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal back ground check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
