Responsibilities
Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- Input customer sales information on all sold units
- Submit and secure financing on all financed vehicles
- Understand and keep current on all interest rates and programs available
- Sell financing, extended service contracts, Perma Plate, insurance, as well as any other miscellaneous products and accessories available
- Prepare documents for sending to banks and ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete and properly signed by customers
- Collect applicable monies while ensuring timely turnaround of monies via contract with finance institutions
- Turn in all car deals into the office each evening before leaving
- Communicate with office manager daily concerning contract monies, outstanding deals, etc.
- Instruct Sales personnel in the methods of selling financing
- Provide incentives for salespeople to sell finance and insurance products
- Assist in the hiring, motivation and training of sales personnel
- Keep up all GM required training
- Write and Upload used vehicle ads to all 3rd party
- Log in daily to 3rd party site to make any necessary changes (pricing, description, etc.)
Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles and collect required information
- Up sheet completed and given to Supervisor
- Stay current on Product Knowledge and Training
- Demo rides with each customer
- Organize vehicles on lot and ensure all are secure at night
Qualifications
Good Driving Record
Good Understanding of Financing
Previous selling experience is a plus.
