Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description
Our practice is expanding and opening a second location inside Serenity Spa, at Westgate Resort, in Park City! We're currently looking for 2 Patient Coordinators, for our Sandy location and PC location. (part time OR full time)
Our Patient Care Coordinator should have with the following
Qualifications:
-Outstanding people's skills
-Sales experience
-Minimum 1 year experience in the medical field.
The main role of the Patient Coordinator in our Medical Office is to orient and educate patients and their families by meeting them; explaining the role of the patient care coordinator; initiating the care plan; providing educational information in conjunction with direct care providers related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care requirements.
Salary depends on experience.
