Accounting Specialist
Job Description
Follow accounting practices as dictated by the Controller, including processing bi-weekly payroll and Accounts Payable Functions. Administer payroll records and assure that all applicable Federal, State, and related laws are consistently complied with. Assist Club's management staff as needed.
Basic
Qualifications:
Able to work over 40 hours a week during peak times throughout the season.
Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays if required by the Controller.
2
years' experience in processing payroll and accounts payable.
Strong command of English language including impeccable grammar and editing skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel
Solid knowledge and experience with internal controls, accounting and payroll practices and procedures.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Members, Managers and employees
Qualifications

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Paylocity and Jonas software.
