Program Assistant

Evoke Intensives Program Assistant performs basic administrative duties such as answering phones and emails filing and document preparation while also assisting in program planning and implementation.
Evokes Therapy Intensives is a mental health program for Individuals Parents Couples and Families.
Our Intensives help participants develop awareness about the impact of their history and their presentday challenges and relationships.
Evoke Therapy Intensives also hosts Professional Growth Retreats are for professionals working in the therapeutic and recovery communities.
During these retreats participants will work on issues related to their roles in these fields while also addressing relevant issues from their personal life that may be affecting their ability to maintain a healthy balanced relationship between work and home.
These qualifications include Evoke expectations and local state and federal requirements.

The Program Assistant has a BA or BS degree or equal training and experience in a related field and meets local and state policies regarding criminal history.
Heshe has prior program administrativeassistant experience.
Heshe has strong oral and written skills a professional and pleasant demeanor to meet with our participants exceptional time management and organizational skills sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask.
This role requires some physical labor and those applying should have the ability to bend climb stairs crouch kneel reach above the shoulder squat sit and carry lbs.
This position also requires a substantial amount of office work and applicants should be able to proficiently use a computer.
The Program Assistant will be required to have a valid Drivers License.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
