Gatehouse Attendant Status Full Time or Part Time Year Round Reports toThe Colony HOA Gatehouse Supervisor PurposeObjective Responsible for maintaining confirming proper access to a private gated community.
This position requires punctuality customer service selfmanagement and alertness.
In addition this position may be called upon to perform other related duties as may be required from time to time by the Association.
Duties Control all access to community Greeting every vehicle as it approaches the gatehouse Enforcing road restrictions when applicable Providing customer service to owners and their guests Situation response Reading all daily log sheets emails and other communications since the last shift worked Cleaning gatehouse prior to the end of each shift Having detailed understanding of camera system and software and check them periodically throughout shift Responsible for all packages and items transferred via gatehouse Selling Canyons lift tickets and follow logging instructions and sales protocols Reporting any equipment building lighting malfunctions immediately Delivering newspapers to subscribing owners throughout community Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods in hot and cold environments Ability to communicate effectively via telephone Qualifications Customer service oriented attitude Administrative and organizational skills Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and complete projects in a timely manner Please email hrthecolonyhoa.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
