Veterinary Receptionist -Manager in Training - PARK CITY, Ut

Warm outgoing detailoriented leader needed to start immediately for veterinary receptionist in a busy and growing dog and cat veterinary clinic in Park City UT in Jeremy Ranch just minutes from the mouth of the canyon.
The ideal candidate will be selfmotivated positive possess excellent customer service and leadership skills have the ability tomultitask under pressure a quicklearner and anexcellent communicator.
This position is for a Lead CSR Customer Service Representative in training however certain criteria needs to be meet for advancement into this role and to be compensated as such.
We cross train staff at the reception area and as a veterinary technician to understand the clinic as a whole.
Minimum of five years experience in customer service required and prefer years experience in a veterinary reception setting or managementleadership role.
With the training and potential for a management role we are looking for along term full time team member that is looking to growas the clinic continues to grow.
Must be available to work a half day Saturdays on a rotating basis.
Our clinic has six doctors seven exam rooms and growing a dental surgery suite acupuncture and an underwater treadmill for canine rehabilitation.
A willingness to take on more responsibilities as we grow and a teamplayer attitude is a must We are a paperless clinic and use Mac computers.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include Attentive and warm customer service in person over the phonetext and via email Use of Mac computers Management of busy phone lines Scheduling of appointments and surgeries Learning veterinary diets and educating clients about these Checking inout patients for appointments surgeries training rehab and acupuncture Ensuring that other clinic personnel maintain the flow of daily schedule Keeping detailed notes regarding clients and patients Money handling and invoicing Communicating with other industry professionals Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness particularly in the lobby and in exam rooms Assisting with charts Handling and restraining dogs and cats for procedures Assisting veterinary technicians with restraining animals Cleaning instruments and surgical equipment walking hospitalized animals Entering charges and helping with charts.
Exceptional computer skills are a plus since we are a paperless workplace.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties will be added should the candidates meet the criteria for advancement into Lead CSR role.
Qualifications and Skills Require a minimum of five years experience in customer service.
Previous experience in a veterinarymedical office or busy customer service setting is preferred.
Looking for a strong team player with strong multitasking skills with great communication and follow up.
