Resolves email phone and social media requests in a timely efficient and professional manner.
Develop and manage relationships with retailer customers sales reps and logistics personnel.
Assist in the development of sales tools and materials Assist and Support Sales Marketing efforts Assist in Warranty Service for consumers and retailers Participate in planning and reporting processes.
Develop and provide feedback on sales service warranty and competitive trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently work with a team and thrive on challenge.
Attention to detail accuracy selfmanagement ability and strong follow through.
Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel Word Outlook.
